Shipping policy

Every TheRedLine clock is made to order for you. Here is how your order reaches you.

1. Production: about 4 to 5 weeks
Your clock is assembled for the car you picked and sound tested before it is packed.

2. Shipping: about 2 to 3 weeks
Shipping is free and tracked to most countries worldwide. We email you your tracking link the day your clock ships.

3. Total time
Please allow up to 2 months from your order to delivery. Most orders arrive sooner. If your order has not arrived 2 months after you placed it, email us and we will check its status and tell you right away.

Customs and duties
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Address changes
Please check your name and shipping address at checkout. If you need to change them, email us before your order ships.
